Adhoc services are available. With the adhoc calls, we do our best to get to clients as quick as possible to resolve their issues.
Is incident management included in your services?
Avalon IT utilizes a ticketing system to document each request and incident which takes place for our clients. This will be done per user, and per request.
Reports will be sent out monthly to clients so they have an overview as to what is taking place in the environment.
